At Bayside Foot Clinic we welcome DVA clients in need of
podiatry care. DVA Veteran Cards (Gold and White) are

accepted as payment upon a GP referral.

Whether you require basic foot and nail care or have more
extensive and complex footcare needs, Bayside Foot Clinic

is here to help you. Appointments can be in the clinic, located

in Cleveland, or we can arrange for our podiatrist to provide

in-home services to you if you reside locally.

All that is required is a DVA referral from your GP. Referrals are
valid for 12 months and enable participants to receive a full
range of podiatric services. Please call our friendly staff for more information.
